Lore is best used as a mobile app on a smartphone. In some cases, we may be able to offer Lore on desktop or via a paper journal. To check eligibility for these accessibility options, we need you to share how you learned about Lore. The Lore App is more convenient and more complete; the app is built to be used in daily life and is the core offering of Lore. An eligible user without a mobile phone or internet can still participate via a paper journal mailed to their home. When completed, a user sends back the journal using a provided pre-paid, pre-addressed envelope. Users can still earn points. If you are a part of a participating Medicare Advantage plan with accessibility issues, we can have someone follow up with you to complete the attestation process to use the Lore paper journal or desktop application.
