Please open the app and tap "Sign in." Tap "Forgot Password?" Fill in your email you use to sign in to Lore on the page and tap "Send Reset Email." This sends you an email. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder. Find the email and open it. Click the "Click here to reset your password" link. Put in your new password twice and click "Reset Password." Done! You are then back at the sign in page and can sign into Lore.
