You can delete your Lore account or clear your LoreBot chats only in the Lore mobile app. You won't find that on lore.co or our website, and we can't delete your account for you by email—you'll need to sign in to the app yourself. If you're done with Lore and want to delete your account, tap Account, then Account Information, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete Account, then Request Deletion. After that, your account is removed and you won't be able to sign in again. If you want to keep your account but only remove your LoreBot conversation history, go to the same Account Information screen, tap Delete all LoreBot data, then confirm.
