Your rewards are related to your health insurance, which sets guidelines on where and how funds can be used. These guidelines help ensure rewards are used for approved categories. Your card can be used at participating retailers, both in-store and (in some cases) online.
For more information, check the Lore App. On the Rewards page, select "Manage" on your card profile to see how to use your card. You can search to see participating retailers.
Also note that your card is configured to only allow eligible items, even within the same store. For example, certain programs only allow specific categories for redemptions like healthy foods or over-the-counter health items. In some cases, the Rewards Card may exclude certain categories entirely (like alcohol or tobacco) even if everything else in the store is allowed.
