To be verified, users must belong to a partner group, like an employer or health plan, that has an active agreement with Lore. Not everyone in those groups is eligible. Eligibility is typically based on health plan participation or other criteria set by the partner. Here are a few common reasons someone might not be verified:
- You're not part of a participating partner group.
- You are part of the organization but not enrolled in the relevant health plan. Please refer to the email, postcard, poster, or letter from your organization for eligibility information.
- You did not enter the correct information during verification. Please enter your legal first and last name, your correct date of birth, and the email address your partner organization would have on file for you.
